About Rachelle

Hi! My name is Rachelle (ruh-shell). I am a photographer based in Los Angeles by way of NYC and Virginia. I shoot documentary-style weddings, engagements, events, and editorial-style portraits. I began taking photographs in high school and continued my education with a BA in photography from Bridgewater College. I have been shooting for over 15 years, but consider myself a lifelong learner.

I see the world in light and shadows, emotions and expressions. I am obsessed with discovering and capturing the split-second moments no one else sees. I love meeting new people and listening to their stories, and I believe every person is beautiful and deserves to be documented with authenticity.

I can't wait to meet you. I want to know all about your hopes and dreams, your vision for your photos, and to guide you through the sometimes nerve-wracking process of being in front of the camera. I want to support you during chaotic moments, but fade into the background during tranquil and intimate ones.
